Framework Agreements
Framework Agreements are framework (Accordi quadro) contracts awarded by Consip to one or more than one economic operator that Public Administrations can use to acquire goods or services. Each Framework Contract defines the procurement procedures: direct order, Specific tender.
Framework Agreements have a specific duration and a specific quantitative or economic amount (“massimale”) that the supplier is required to guarantee during the performance of the contract.
